Founder & CEO True North

Nicolai Moltke-Leth is a graduate of the Danish Armed Forces and holds a Master’s degree in sociology. In 1996, Nicolai Moltke-Leth published the bestseller “Jo, du kan” about his experiences from Jægerkorpset (the Huntsmen Corps). He is the founder of the Anders Lassen Foundation, which rewards special efforts in the military or for humanitarian work.

He is also an extreme sports athlete in some of the world’s toughest endurance competitions such as EcoChallenge and Raid Gauloises, has practiced mountaineering in Europe, Africa and the Himalayas, participated in the Paris-Dakar in 2001 and finished in 2002 in 25th place overall. He has been a program host on the action and adventure program 71 Degrees North and is today a partner in the course company True North, which holds learning courses for young people and which shares the name with the secondary school he founded.

Since 2022, Nicolai has hosted the podcast Changemaker, which focuses on people who create positive change in the world. He has, among others, had Imran Rashid, Chris MacDonald and Rikke Nielsen as guests.
