Mia Wagner is a Master of Laws. from the University of Copenhagen in 2003 and first worked as a paralegal, then as a lawyer and partner in the law firm Wagner in his hometown of Viborg 2003-2016. She was 2017-2020 group director of Freeway, which had gathered around 30 web-based companies, for example Dating.dk, Plusbog.dk, and Studienet.dk. The company is still owned by father Morten L. Wagner and brother Morten Wagner. Mia Wagner was a co-founder of Nordic Female Founders in 2020, which she left in the summer of 2023. In the period 2018-2022, she was one of five investors who, in the TV program Løvens Hule, DR, evaluates and possibly invests in various entrepreneurial projects.
