Kasper Hvidt is a former professional handball player. As a goalkeeper, he was often recognized among the best in the world. He was named to the All-Star team as the best goalkeeper during the 2008 European Handball Championship. He played a significant role in securing the European Championship in Switzerland in 2006, the World Championship in Germany in 2007, and, notably, the European Championship in Norway in 2008, where he achieved a save percentage of 40 and played 471 out of 480 minutes. He debuted on the national team in 1996 and played 219 matches before ending his national team career after the 2010 European Championship.
Kasper Hvidt played professionally as a goalkeeper for clubs such as FC Barcelona, FC København, AG København, and KIF Kolding København, where he concluded his handball career in 2017.
Since then, he has worked as the sports director for the e-sports organization Astralis until 2023, when he joined Voluntas as an advisor and leadership consultant.
